I have been myntra's loyal customer since ****, and my whole family is their loyal customer long before I was and been using it ever since
Recently, I ordered * watches from myntra totalling to Rs.**,***
One was fossil men's watch (rs.**,***)
*nd was Armani Exchange men's watch (rs.*,***)
I received my fossil watch on **th of June. The delivery boy left it with watchmen under my apartment. I picked up that watch from watchmen within *-*.** min.
*st of all I received such expensive watch in a simple packet and it was all crumpled and in a bad state
*nd when I cut the package open I saw the box was tampered with and already open as well as box was in extremely bad condition
*rd when I opened the box I found a stone instead of my watch wrapped inside the bill.
I took pictures of the incident and reported this to myntra and explained everything and how my
Package was tampered with and they asked me to wait till *rd of July for my resolution. On *nd July I received a call from their end stating the need to check CCTV footage of where the package was left and that the delivery guy will come by to check the footage.
No one came to check it and after their call we acquire the said footage to prove that it was not tampered from our end .
They never asked me for pictures or video of the incident.
I still sent them pictures to investigate the incident and get a refund or get the same watch delivered again.
On *rd of July I called them asking for update and they asked for more **hrs to investigate the incident at *.**pm And at *.**pm I received this resolution (attached in evidence)
And due to the *st incident I recorded the *nd watch unboxing and this was how I received the package where it was in a very bad condition even after going through their said " quality check"
They are constantly declining my claim and not giving me a proper resolution or response.
I asked them to provide me all the details under RTI and again they marked my ticket as resolved without providing me with details.
When I filled my grievance with consumer court myntra lied stating that I didn't inform then the packet was tampered, where as it was the *st thing I informed them while on call as well as in chat box.
