few days back I ordered samsung t* ssd worth Rs*****/-. On **st march Amazon delivered that product and as I opened box there is an empty box of samsung t* ssd.
So I called amazon customer care executive they told that they will investigate whole matter and afterwards if possible they will raise return or refund for my missing product.
now its being a week and they are keep on saying we can't help you in this matter
they can't provide any return or refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
