Puma India - Missing product on my Puma order

Hello,
I seek your assistance to file a complaint against Online Puma India.
I purchased two t-shirts during the buy * get * offer period on **th Dec'**.
I got a good deal wherein I purchased * tshirts for a price of ***.
When I opened the parcel I only found * t-shirt, I let it go that time realising the other t-shirt would come separately. However it never arrived.
I made several complaints by reaching the customer care of Puma, also tried reaching to Delhivery for the order missing issue.
However Delhivery did not respond and now Puma India responded saying that both the product was delivered on that day in one order.
I contacted them sent several emails but they are not claiming responsibility and always tell me that they have delivered the product which I clearly have not received.
