Sharib Akhlaq Khan filed complaint against Myntra on May 28, 2021
I have ordered six clothes from Myntra on ** May **** . I received the parcel on **May ****. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got * product inside the package and rest *clothes are missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive and I was assured for proper redressal in * days. * days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have taken photo as a proof of the torn parcel and also have written assent of the delivery that the parcel was torn.
I want either missing item to be delivered or refund for the Product amount..
