Amazon India Pvt Ltd - Missing product in the package

I ordered a fire stick and jabra active elite **t during the festive sale season.
I got the fire stick delivered intact. However, the other package had missing items; both the earpods and the earcase (the cable was present).
I am fed up and frustrated following up on the case with various Amazon customer representatives and on the replacement / refund (whatever is feasible). I have faced Amazon representatives either hanging up the phone or simply refuse to do anything. I took the matter on Twitter as well but they just sent standard forms to fill up and substandard replies that they cannot do anything. I am feeling cheated and looted with my hard earned money.
