Whirlpool - Missing part in the refrigerator

I purchased one whirlpool refrigerator on **/**/**** from Sargam Electronics Showroom, Rajouri Garden, Delhi. After one I saw in whirlpool refrigerator one tray was missing and immediately I called to Sargam Electronics Showroom, Rajouri Garden, Delhi they said we will not provide you with this tray and if you want missing tray then you have to pay money. Actually, the tray was the part of the refrigerator but a worker of Sargam Electronics Showroom, Rajouri Garden directly denied me that we cannot arrange you a missing tray. It is my request to consumers court please file a case against such corrupted Sargam Electronics Showroom, Rajouri Garden and ban these types Sargam Electronics Showroom shops.
