Amazon India - missing mobile in the box

i ordered real me * on **th of july .but i cant my product on estimated date because of transportation strike reason given by amazon.the next date was **st july.i got message that the product was out for delivery with the detailed mobile number of amazon agent but when i called him he cant receive my call without come he updated the delivery attempted.i complaint about this to amazon customer service.they requested me to wait for ** hours,the policies of amazon was that the next date delivery after delivery attempted bt product was not delived me on *st august.on *nd august the product was out for delivery.i get box from amazon agent bt when i opened it the product was missing instead of mobile there was three rin soap in that
