I ordered from Swiggy today on ** Dec **** at *:** pm. The first order that I received was all spilt and I raised a complaint with Swiggy and they assured to replace the order. I received the replaced order at around *:** pm. The order was two Dahi sev batata puri from chaat pavilion Bangalore. I received the order without dahi and churney. I just received the dry puris with some potato and sev. I contacted Swiggy twice but they advised that they cannot help as it is not their fault and all that they can do is to inform the restaurant. That was very sad. I’m very disappointed with the response and the kind of ownership displayed. I’ve attached the pictures for reference. Please advise.
