Agrata filed complaint against Swiggy on Mar 19, 2019
I had ordered from Mc Donald's order #*********** and few of my items were missing from the order, not to mention item received was dead cold.
After complaining multiple times, I have been told
*. They can give me Rs ** as a token of apology
*. Or that this will be taken as feedback and that no refund can be provided for the missing items. The worth of the missing items was much higher than the ' token of apology'. The least I can expect from this a refund of my hard earned money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
