This simple order:
* x Crispy Chicken Burger+Classic Cold Coffee., * x Crispy Chicken Meal (Reg)
It was delivered but the food was ruined due to spillage.
Zomato initiated a re-order and re-delivery but they did not include all the items.
Only this was re-ordered: * x Crispy Chicken Burger+Classic Cold Coffee.
This was missing from the reorder: * x Crispy Chicken Meal (Reg).
The re-order cost a staggering amount of ₹*** when it should have costed ~₹***.
I was refunded the remaining amount of ₹*** which was not really enough and fair.
I should have been compensated an amount of about ₹***.
Loss a meal and alot of Money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
