*. I and my friend Loveeza khan ordered from Jiomart (My order ID: *****************M), (Loveeza's order ID: *****************A).
*. When I received my package I saw that many items are missing from it. I immediately called customer care but no response from them. Then I mailed the CS Head many times. All I got is automated emails.
*. My friend loveeza had the prepaid order. Her order is showing delivered but it was not delivered. She also mailed and called numerous times but no response to her also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
