I ordered the mi smart band * online rupee cut, and it was delivered on ** oct in which it was missing and * packet of the other item as it is powder were also missing. I was asked to wait till November * and was told that you will be refunded or replacement but now amazon cannot say any help from the people, we can take action from outside, Amazon will not help you.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
