Hi i ordered few groceries from swiggy instamart yesterday at *:** pm and i paid by UPI in advance but when i received my order there were missing items and when i tried contacting them they just refused to give me any solution they said sent a mail and we'll get back within **-** hrs and after so many attempts i just got one answer that we're unable to refund or replacement we can't do anything we can just submit feedback so that this won't happen again. What about my money which I gave them for my order. Missing items details are two packs of paneer which is of *** rs and one brown bread which is of ** rs and total is ***. I just want my money back that's it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
