Puneet Chaturvedi filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 20, 2018
I have ordered for food in which items were missing when received. When I had checked with Swiggy, they told that missing items were not available in restaurent. I have asked that why they had not informed me before accepting the order as I have Guests waiting in my house. They told that we will refund the amount. They was no further action taken by Swiggy and now when I asked for the status update they told that case has been closed and no update from their side. It's more a reputational loss and less a monetary loss. I got my guests waiting for the same and I have to feel ashamed in front of them. Request you to take serious action on this incident as this is very common issue with swiggy.
