Anouk by myntra - Missing item in the package

Order ID # ******* ************** , according to delivery partner he marked two products delivered on *th august - both are anouk black kurta sets one in L size and one in XXL size but I received only one product which is in XXL size.
As this kind of fraud is happening second time with me on myntra so I luckily recorded the unboxing video for the product.
Points to consider:
*. Package was not big enough to hold two same products.
*: delivery boy scanned the tracking id and both product shown delivered in myntra app.
*. As this kind of fraud has happened with me earlier this month , I created unboxing video in front of delivery boy and the only one product was found inside it.
*. I raised the concern just after the product issue was found and by night I got the resolution which is baseless , they said everything was intact.

Point that need resolution:
*: Product is not with me and I am not going to bear the cost of Rs. **** when the product itself is not with me.
*: I am a very valuable customer and this kind of fraud is not expected from myntra side.
*: I need my money otherwise I will go to consumer court and this is unacceptable.
