Ajio - Missing item in the package

I had ordered two items from Ajio.com on *-July-****, namely:

*. Mid-rise Joggers with contrast stripes *************

*. Reflective print coordinate joggers *************

Price: Rs. ***

The order got delivered on **/**/****. I paid for the order using cash on delivery with total order value of Rs. ****. Upon receiving the package I noticed that there's only one item in the package but I got charged for two items. And on Ajio website both of these two items are show delivered. But I only received one item out of the two.

I tried to complain to delivery executive about the missing item but he refused to entertain my complaint and refused to take back the package.

The item missing from package is:

So I request you to please resolve this issue either by issuing me a refund for the missing product or getting a replacement for the missing product.
