Swiggy - Missing item from swiggy

I ordered * items but got only * I called the restro they said it's rider mistake. Then I called the rider said it's restro mistake I brought what was given. But both said contact the company. But these frauds on call said please mail us we will resolve and on mail they said u are not eligible for refund.. Like are u kidding frauds
