Keerthi Raghunath filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 3, 2018
We ordered few things in Swiggy this morning out of which * item was missing. We raised a concern to Swiggy customer care and they didn’t gave us a solution instead they took it as a feedback which is not fair.
They were not ready to give refund or were not ready to deliver the missing item.
We can not afford to lose our money just because of their carelessness.We definitely need a fair solution here.
