Sachin filed complaint against Swiggy on May 27, 2019
Ordered mutton rassa fry. Delivered was only rassa (gravy) without mutton pieces. What's shown on swiggy app is different from what delivered. It's cheating. My question if you order chicken masala. Don't expect chicken pieces in it? Or swiggy just deliver masala. Same was repeated in replacement order by swiggy against my complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
