Swiggy - Missing item and burnt food

I ordered food through Swiggy app today *th August **** in Hotel Bharathi Bhavan. Food ordered time was *:** AM, item is appam with coconut milk, quantity is *. Food was delivered late by *:** AM. When i opened the carry bag, i found only one coconut milk in it and * set(total *) appam in it. Out of * appam's * was fully burnt and * was half burnt. I tried contacting swiggy(call center) for bad quality food Order#*********** and requested refund for * appam set but it was denied. Again i tried customer chat complaint through items missing, as one coconut milk was missing. I complained for both missing coconut milk and burnt food and requested for refund. But it was denied.
