I gave my new woodland jacket for the first time for dryclean to Pick My Laundry. I have been their loyal customer for years. When it came back, i saw the hoodie missing and enquired, I was told they would check and get back which never happened. I kept following up on limited capacity since i was travelling out of India. After coming back, checked again - they said tey would get back the following Thursday. I dropped formal mails, messages but to no avail. Then i filed a complaint with online consumer forum and they lied there that they had already delivered it. Everytime I call, I have to go through the details and same thing happens - they say they will get back but never do. Its been almost * months now and i am utterly disappointed - if this hw they treat their loyal customers - dont know what would they do with new ones!

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
