The packing and moving has been done b/w **/**/**** and **/**/****. One of the packages (carton box no: **) was missing. I raised many complaints and reached out to Ms. Lavanya and Mr. Manoj many times. I couldn't receive exact information about what happened to my package.
I claimed insurance too but I didn't get any reply from the insurance team either.
It has been ** days and my issue has not been resolved yet. I'm very disappointed with the service. I request you to do the needful.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
