Molly filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 7, 2018
this is to complaint regarding you following services:
*. the order was recieved at *:**am by mr. jitesh kumar.
*. the food provided in the order was missing: order was of * chappati which was missing at the time of opening and only a single chappati was provided instead.
*. at *:** am i called the swiggy delivery boy who told me he will be calling me back after reaching the restraunt.
*. *:** i only called the boy who gave me unsatisfactory advice and illegal suggestions.
*. i constantly called the swiggy helpline no. and got no response. finally i messaged on your chat at *:** for which i registered my complaint and got a lame suggestion of ₹** refund for which i am not satisfied.
*. at *:**am i finally had to call at banglore helpline on which i had the conversation with Mr. Taz Uddin who again told me i am late for the complaint and he mentioned the incorrect time of the chat.
i am completely unsatisfied with their support staff.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
