Swiggy - Missing food item and Stale food delivered

I ordered food on ** jun **** from Swiggy order no. ***************, Patiala Chaap and Rolls is the restaurant's name that delivered only * items in place of *. That was only the first issue with that delivery. Second is everything was poorly packed, oil and other food items were leaking and smelled horrible. One of the item was supposed to be chicken tikka, but I doubt it was chicken and not soya chaap. Not a single item was worth putting in mouth, total waste of money. I need complete refund.

I ordered butter chicken but instead was provided with laal maas , i requested for refund , but was rejected, and without giving me an explanation they closed by query ,. That was really rude.
