Parimach India - Missing Deposit ofNot Credited for 2 Months Player ID

I deposited ₹**,*** into my account on March **, ****, via PhonePe UPI. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account and sent to the designated merchant account (MAHAVEER SINGH MAHAWAR), but the money was never credited to my gaming wallet.It has been * months. I raised an internal support ticket with Parimatch, which they marked as "Resolved" without actually adding the money to my balance. When contacting their international help desk, they claim they cannot locate my regional account.This is a clear withholding of consumer funds.
