An amount of ₹**,*** was debited from my account via Google Pay towards an online merchant (Parimatch). However, the merchant has clearly confirmed through their customer support that they have not received the payment due to a technical/system error.
Despite the debit, the amount has neither been credited to the merchant nor reversed back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. It has now been over * months, which is an unreasonably long delay for a failed UPI transaction, especially considering the amount involved is not small.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
