I am writing to report a missing deposit issue. I made a deposit, on **th February ****. but the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch account since over * months, despite being deducted from my bank account/UPI. (UTR NO. ************). I've emailed over *** times. But every time I've been replied to via mail, but my issue hasn't been resolved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
