Safari baggage - Missing Baggage

Hi Team,
My self Nishant Rai PNR : LVDIRA Travelling Date **th Aug ****, Bangalore to Colombo. I have already raised a complaint about my missing baggage however got nothing satisfactory in return till now. So the issue is after flight we got a bit late in immigration and after that the only bag I found on the belt is just same as mine small luggage safari bag so I took that and left for my resort, after reaching I saw that I am carrying someone else's luggage PNR:QUB*WT so that we have contacted Indigo many a times regarding the same issue and we have returned the bag to the airport authority, however we are still not getting any information of our baggage. Kindly escalate the matter and please try to understand our situation it's been more than a day without our belongings and we have to buy each and every thing for daily life chores. Kindly let us know the baggage status and provide us some details.
