From last week we are trying to return our bag and till today there is mo person came to pick up our trolly bag,
And now finally no response from customer service also from morning line is busy/ block us No idea.
Kindly have the bag picked up from your end by this weekend or escalate this issue to your management to do further things.**min waiting on call and saying representative busy will attend shortly is *st time in my life I’m hearing anyway waiting for your good response apart from this : Our working hours is from Monday to Friday between *:** am and *:** pm IST.
Really request you superior/MD to look into this if theyreally want to save this company longer.
