Safari baggage - Broken Luggage

I received by bags yesterday after three days and that to locks of bag where broken and the bag is also totally spoiled

Me and my wide were travelling grom
Bali to delhi via vietnam by VietJet airlines whoch was my bigeye mistake I believe

The overall experience was pathetic,
While we were travelling from New Delhi to bali via vietnam, the same occurrd with us as our luggage was not boarded on vietnam to baki flight and we had to wait for * hours to take our luggage there

And while travelling back it was same

All of tour flights fly delayed everytime
Your staff is soo rude and and know how to talk properly
Cabin crew was not at all coperative , was not even serving water on request

And then again they did not board our luggage from vietnam to new delhi flight and when I received my luggage yesterday it was all spolied , the locks and broken and the luggage is spoiled with tapes and straches

I need this to be excalted immigration and need a new bag against it or compensation for all of the above
