Adidas - Missing article and defective damaged article received

This company’s customer service is behaving like any other fraud company.
I have been calling them, emailing them. I am getting no response from adidas in the form of resolution. In every call I am able to connect with their customer service after *-** minutes of hold, the agent asks me to wait *-* business days. I call them again after these days and still the same story.

Last time the agent asked me to wait for * business days and promised that a resolution will be provided. Again same thing happened. Today I called them, as of now I called them * times after *-** minutes hold and every time the agent listens to my concern puts the call on hold, saying they are discussing it with their supervisor and they never respond back. The call stays on blank hold. I am sitting on that call like a complete idiot for buying articles worth **k+ from them.

I am so stressed and mentally sick of this behaviour. I never expected to face such sick behaviour from a company like adidas. They are not treating customer like a customer.
I am utterly frustrated.
