Ananya Sarkar filed complaint against Zepto on May 28, 2022
There were damaged and missing items in my order. The contact centre kept copy pasting the same response stating that they have checked with the warehouse and the delivery partner and the items were delivered correctly according to them. I have pictures as proof for the damaged item and the whole package.
The package isn't sealed and the missing item could have been misplaced in transit or on the way so the warehouse footage or scanner info is irrelevant. I have witnesses to prove that the ciggerate box wasn't delivered.
The order was placed on Zepto app on **th may.
