Nitin Kumar Singh filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 19, 2021
This is regarding one of the order id ******* ************** delivered by MYNTRA on **-**-****. The order was for one electronic item Realme Buds Air *. The box of the item was packed but inside the package, all the accessories like Charging Cable & Extra Buds were missing. The same was communicated to MYNTRA many times but they are not helping at all and giving me false information that the same was delivered after checking all the quality parameters. I am not sure why they are lying so freely and putting the complete blame on customer. I am really facing problems due to this issue as I am spending too much time in requesting flipkart/Myntra and fed up with their customer care. I lost my money that too in this time of pandemic. I am really feeling helpless and request you to kindly help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
