I have ordered samsung ** inch tv on JioMart e-commerce platform, I was not happy with the delivery provided by the team, promise date for delivery was October **th but actual product was delivered on ** st October that to after so many follow ups with customer service team.
My concern still persists post delivery, my order consists of **inch tv and a wall mount stand, i have given only one box during delivery and delivery person told me that everything will be inside that box. When service technician came to install tv, he told me that wall mount will never come in TV unit box and also inside tv unit box there are some items missing (power cable and table stand ). Return request was raised and sent to customer service team as well as level * escalation team, there is no response yet from JioMart.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
