I purchased a Dining Table Set from Amazon on **-Feb-****. Specifications very clearly state that the product includes Dining Table and * Chairs. After placing the order, the product was delivered without * Chairs. On Enquiring about the product, I was informed that the Chairs were not included in the order. I had to raise multiple request with Amazon and Product Seller (RoyalOak) and have wasted many hours but the issue has not been resolved. Now they have suggested me to return the table after wasting * week in trying to resolve the issue
Adil from Amazon on **-Mar-**** mentioned that the issue would be resolved by **-Mar-****, but Sujan from Amazon (India Leadership Team) has been very irresponsible and denied taking any responsibility for the same
