Irctc Indian Railways - Missed my confirmed train due to wrong timings on the railway app

Myself single mother travelling with my * kids from madgaon station Goa to new delhi in Sampark kranti with my * kids alone on **th June ****. I was following the rail yatra app which is an authorised app by Indian railways to check the train timings. The timings on the app was **.** and i reached the station at **.** with my kids. There I got to know that the train already left the station at ** and **.** were the old timings new timings are ** which is not updated on the app. I got the panick attack as I was not able to think what can I do now. I left my kids alone on the station with the luggage and went to check the next train as I had to report at my work next day morning. At ticket counter they said next train is at **.** and u have to pay **** cash. I was not carrying that much cash as I was traveling alone, i request the lady that if I can pay by card or phone she said only cash "lene hai to lo nai toh niklo". I ran to atm both the atm machines were not working I requested to many cab drivers and arranged cash and got the tickets. Me and my kids were so mentally disturbed. I request you to pls help me to get my money back that is ****.
