I left my flight because of the duty manager. He misbehaved and was very rude to me and he didn't let me board the flight. The self-check-in for the jet was not working because of which I was *-* minutes late. He didn't let me board the flight from Bengaluru(India) to Mumbai(India). He sold my ticket to someone else for a higher price. This is my worst experience with jet airways.
I request jet airways to take strict action against him.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
