Flydubai - Missed a flight due to in helpful flydubai staff

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight with fly Dubai to Riyadh , I’m fully vaccinated , all my papers are complete , I did my check in online ( it went smooth ) as soon as I arrived to the counter to collect my paper boarding card. They said I should have booked something called a fly Dubai quarantine package even though my statues on the Saudi system is fully vaccinated !
I requested to book the quarantine package directly though their is no sense , and I checked the Saudi Arabia immigration site , the said I don’t need that !since I’m already fully vaccinated in their system , they insisted that I have to have the quarantine package , and said it’s to late to book the quarantine package now the flight is in * hours !
No one in the counter understood English , I showed them the website ( Ksa immigration website ) but they just didn’t understand what I’m saying , I even have a paper copy from the saudi website that I’m fully vaccinated !
Those regulations the said (u must have a quarantine package ) is not even mentioned in their website , I booked the flight directly through fly Dubai !
