Flydubai - Fly Dubai s cruel decision for looting money by cheating the passengers

below is the copy of the compliant sent to Flydubai team . Check my PNR : GB*ZXU , the booking was made from Delhi to Bahrain on ** /**/****. I am the Saudi Arabia resident and living in Kolkata , India . My original booking was made at ** pm from Delhi and I have booked a domestic flight from CCU-DEL at noon time . On the day of **rd April I got an email that my flight is change from ** pm to ** pm afternoon without my permission even my original flight is not canceled . Even though I have changed mydomestic flight from CCU-DEL in the morning at * am by paying the date change fee. When I arrive at the Delhi Airport at the check in counter , UN expected things happened . The Staff named Ms. Pinky has rejected my boarding with the reason of unconfirmed hotel reservation for passenger with a tourist visa . check the attached hotel voucher and you decide the booking is ok or not . After that I have been forced my self to purchase another ticket from Airindia on same day with the price of ***** INR and I safely traveled with the same documents which is provided earlier in your counter . So I need the compensation of the trouble made by your immature staff .
