Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a flight through kiwi.com to Riyadh the route was ( from Hyderabad to Kuwait by air India then from Kuwait to riyadh by fly adeal ) ,when I reached the boarding counter to collect my boarding card , they refused to give it to me and said they don’t allow tranzeet passengers on this flight , I asked on which basis , they said they got orders from there manager , I showed them my residency card in ksa ,which allows me to enter Kuwait , but unfortunatly they have a problem in understanding English , I tried to explain many time ,that it’s not my fault !
my booking is confirmed they checked on there system and said yes it is ,but there manager gave them orders to not let the tranzet passengers on the plain ,which doesn’t make sense ! I asked to speak to the manager who said so , they said he is at home ! I asked them to give me a written paper with their action , I uploaded it with my case .

I want To refund me my money back
