Hi,
During covid time In the month of march **, **** my sim card was not functional and I have contacted customer care several times for a resolution. As my sim is postpaid bill will be generated for every month end.
I had paid my march bill on time and requested via mail to initiate safe custody (** rs per month)
But the company keep on generating bills and no one contacted me again
So intially they asked me to **** rs.
Later they were sending notice to pay amount around ***/-
Please provide a closure on this as I am being illegally charged for this
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
