Justdial Ltd - Misrepresentation of facts

I opened account in justdial in march ****. they deducted * months payment in march. After that lockdown was declared. The company didnt stopped or hold my account. They kept on deducting the installment amount from my account despite of the fact that my business was shut. Then when i got to know about the provision of holding my account, i asked them to hold it. Then i september i asked them to close my justdial account. They mailed that they will close my contract after dec ECS payment. But now they are saying that they will close after jan ECS payment. Without offering any services how can justdial charge me . How should a gym owner like me should face this financial problem. First the gym was closed. Second the landlord is asking for the lockdown period rent for the premises. Third justdial is also charging me without giving any services . Corona pandemic situation was one of its kind. Why should a customer like me suffer. Please help me.
