I have used Hathway broadband from Oct **** to Dec****. I have clearly mentioned explicitly to the service provider that the internet bandwidth was pathetic and I do not want to continue the service. I asked the concerned representative to take their modem back after December. However they did not show up and the modem is left back with me. I have not used the modem since I switched to optic fiber internet and the cable modem is no more un usable for me. However the hathway person shows up in May **** and is blackmailing me that he would file a complaint for keeping the modem with me. They are trying to misuse the customer genuinely and trying to extract money from the users some how.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
