I booked hotel oyo flagship ****** heritage house thru goibibo pnr no ********** tariff ₹***. I confirmed with hotel a day earlier. But when I came to hotel they refused check in without paying₹****. Extra. Which in this hour of time with * old age people we had to pay. As goibibo was unable to offer any solution other than refund.
