Ola Cab - Misleading Package

As I recently visited Agra and taken a package to Fatehpur Sekri which mentions * hours ride for ** kilometer ride that cost *** rupees. When I enquired with the customer support they told me it is a round trip. But after my ride i was charged ****. It just takes * hours to cover a distance of ** kilometer. But they mention * hours and after they says it is not a round trip. So how they are charging *** rupees for just ** kilometer, that is Rs ** per kilometer ride which is nonsense. And they make it misleading by including * hours in that ** kilometer ride because it takes only * hour to cover ** kilometer. So they are cheating the customer with such package and making fraud by charging extra money by telling they are charging for the extra kilometer. They are fraud and making customer fool by such offers. I want others not to fall prey of such fraud and stop using OLA cab services.
