when i went to offers section of swiggy app there was a coupon code that if i pay through amazon pay i will get ***% cashback upto ***rs i applied that coupon and it got successfully but to my dismay i didn't got my due cashback. when i contacted amazon pay they told i ws not elligible for cashback as it was my second order of month and it was for *st order only. my issue is then why the swigggy app let me apply tgat code successfully. In my view its fraud. since than all my emails are either being ignored or m told they can not do anything. frauds!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
