Harvinder Singh filed complaint against Just Dial on May 31, 2020
I started my services ( advertisement ) with Just Dial in Jan **** till Dec ****, and i was informed that after ** months i will receive a call from Just Dial to ask me if i want to continue with my paid services ( advertisement ) Rs ****/- per month & If i say NO then payment will be stopped. Which never happened & money was being deducted from my till May ****. I wrote an e-mail to Jasmeet ( Just Dial employee ) *rd of May that May charges should not be applied on my account. However this person did not responded & ** May **** Rs ****/- was charged on my account. When called Jasmeet Bajaj (jasmeet.bajaj@justdial.com ) he said i used a term perpetual contract. I am least sophisticated consumer and trusted Just Dial on their commitments. All i need is refund & lesson for this Company so they not fool any other innocent consumer or individual.
