i accidently started an account on just dial on request by a just dial representative named RUFOSE from kottayam, kerala in august** ****. I was supposed to get client and bussiness regarding my job. Instead i used to get all kind of weird request and queries. hence i asked this Agent RUFOSE to initiate to stop my services within * months of use and he said it has been discontinued. When i went through my bank statement, the amount was being deducted from my account without my knowledge till JAN ****.
i again asked them to stop the service and refund my cash, which has not been done till now.
now they keep bothering me asking to join their premium service which i hesitated and their agents and representatives still keep calling and disturbing daily.
kindly help to get my refund and stop this Just dial service. It s a sheer nuisance and waste of money.
They are only here to loot
