i request so many times to just dial to stop my ecs and deactivate my account they didn't response my problem.
just dail representative meet to my shop and collect cash to stop my account but again just dial deduct the amount from my account.
we tried to calling and calling representative but they are not pick calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
