Azra Khan filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 9, 2020
The company issued misleading coupons. After scanning the coupon on the website it says coupon is valid for ** days and also gives a catalog of the products on which it is applicable. However while applying the coupon at the time of check out, it says coupon has expired. Myntra customer care is not providing with any information as to why this discrepancy in the discount coupon claim. The coupon itself does not carry any terms and conditions or validity date. When I asked Myntra how will know the coupon validity and the misleading information to customers, they did not have any information and agreed its a issue . They even said they will send me a goodwill coupon instead but neither did they send any coupon and they closed my complaint without my consent.
